Create Genre is a creative collaboration between Create Content Cape Town and Genre Product.
Create Content Cape Town assists Genre Product with applying a tech-forward approach to the production process. Genre Product utilises traditional methods to produce his unique character designs, whereupon Create Content Cape Town then employs GenAI, along with an Adobe workflow, to produce the final asset/s.
Production Process
1. Character design mockup: hand drawn and then digitised.
2. GenAI is employed to reproduce the work in a particular style. Multiple iterations may be necessary to get it right. Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop are usually also used to refine titles and for final composition.
3. Script Development is carried out, along with GenAI video generation, using advanced film industry-standard camera control. Watch the video.
4. Final compositing, sound production and sound design is carried out in Adobe Audition and Adobe Premiere.
